Important requirement
This role is only open to candidates with at least three years of direct experience working for a Managed Service Provider. Experience in corporate IT departments, internal IT teams, or general software vendor implementation will not be considered.

About the role

We’re looking for a new teammate who has started their journey within the MSP world — someone who knows what it’s like to utilise common workflows and client demands while leveraging core systems like PSA and RMM tools.

In this role you’ll deliver and optimise PSA, RMM and reporting platforms for MSPs globally. You’ll configure systems, migrate data, train end users, and make sure each project delivers real ROI for our partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead multiple implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary contact, training stakeholders and end users on functionality and best practice.
  • Configure, customise and migrate data into core systems with precision.
  • Deliver configurations that meet partners' needs while aligning with best practice.
  • Translate an MSP's commercial goals into system design, not just configuration.
  • Hand over solutions the whole team adopts, so the improvement sticks after you leave.
  • Ensure clients achieve ROI through strategic project execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments, vendor updates and new features.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our delivery processes and frameworks.

What you'll bring

  • MSP experience — essential. You've worked within an MSP for at least three years and understand its nuances.
  • Systems knowledge. Strong experience with PSA, CRM, ticketing and/or RMM within an MSP. Bonus points for implementing and migrating core systems.
  • Project management skills. Strong communication, organisational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset. Analytical thinker with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable at pace. You work well in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
  • Remote-ready. You collaborate effectively without needing regular in-person contact.
